We suggest that you use a return shipping method that includes tracking such as UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Priority. Tenda Horse Products, LLC will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or otherwise undelivered return packages.Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise amount back to the same payment method that you had originally used.
If your shipment arrives damaged: You must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify Tenda Horse Products, LLC immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Tenda Horse Products, LLC of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
