RETURNS:
We recognize that on occasion, an item that you have purchased may need to be returned. Regardless of the reason, we are here to help!
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Tenda Horse Products, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping cost. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will not accept returns on open or used products. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
If you will be sending your item back to us please request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number in order to expedite the returns via email

1-800-321-2142. Repackage your item carefully, fill any voids with suitable packing material to protect the item from damage. Include your RGA # in the ATTN: line of your return label. See example below:

We suggest that you use a return shipping method that includes tracking such as UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Priority. Tenda Horse Products, LLC will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or otherwise undelivered return packages.Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise amount back to the same payment method that you had originally used.
Contract manufacturing/Special Orders are ineligible for a return unless the product is defective or not manufactured to the customer’s specifications.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If your shipment arrives damaged: You must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify Tenda Horse Products, LLC immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Tenda Horse Products, LLC of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
SECURE SHOPPING:
When you place orders on our site, all of your order information, including your card number and delivery address, is transmitted through the internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology causes your browser to encrypt your order information before transmitting it to our secure server. SSL technology, an industry standard, is designed to prevent someone other than operators of our site from capturing and viewing your personal information.
